Dear Parents/Guardians and Students: The Human Life Affairs Foundation wants to welcome you to our Black College and University Recruitment Campaign. We are now marketing The Directory of Black Colleges on CD-ROM. This is a year-round campaign because we here at the Human Life Affairs Foundation believe, education is an important tool for daily living and future success. Thousands of students graduate from black colleges and universities each year. There are many success stories about men and women who have achieved many academic and sports honors. And we believe that there is a college for everyone. You should not deny yourself a chance to get a good education. We have made achieving that goal easier. In this directory, you will find a list of 115 black colleges, along with their names, addresses, telephone numbers and web sites for each. Included is a list of 17 black organizations offering educational grants and scholarships such as: The Jackie Robinson Foundation, National Association of Black Social Workers, National Black MBA Association, National Society of Black Engineers, National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice and many more. Also included are educational grants and scholarships from famous African Americans such as: The Jesse Owens Foundation, Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Fund, Harriet Tubman Fund, Frederick Douglass and Sojourner Truth. Plus a list of 10 Financial Aid Programs. Thank You and May God Bless You, Charles B. Mills Jr., PH.D. |
